Shipping is free for orders over $99 and only $7 for postage under this amount. Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day.
Processing time usually takes 1 business day. We use Couriers please for all deliveries. Please note we can not send to PO boxes only a physical address. You will be provided with a tracking code to track your items from pick up to delivery. If you are not home during the day we do suggest sending to an office however Couriers please will leave a card for you to contact and arrange redelivery.

If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, and you have placed your order before 1pm, you can expect your order to be dispatched no later than the very next day.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
Express postage on all orders is FREE using the Australia Post express satchels.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following morning.
If the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, or on the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday. Next day delivery is guaranteed in the Express post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.
How to track my parcel:
You will find your tracking code on your completed order confirmation email. Enter the tracking code at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
You can contact Australia Post with your tracking code on 137 678. If you have been unable to locate your items via these methods please contact us at email@example.com your order number.
Don’t want to miss your delivery?
We recommend having your orders delivered to office address should you not be able to sign for your package. Please ensure when delivering to an office that the building name and business address are listed in the address fields or comments section of the order.
If you request for deliveries to be left in a safe place, please list this in the comments section. The leaving of packages without signature is at your own risk.
Should you not be available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will take all undelivered items back to the closest Australia Post outlet and leave a card for you to collect at a suitable time.
