Shipping is free for orders over $50 and only $8 for postage under this amount. Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day.
Processing time usually takes 1 business day. We use Couriers please for all deliveries. Please note we can not send to PO boxes only a physical address. You will be provided with a tracking code to track your items from pick up to delivery. If you are not home during the day we do suggest sending to an office however Couriers please will leave a card for you to contact and arrange redelivery.

If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at email@example.com
If all the items you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, and you have placed your order before 1pm, you can expect your order to be dispatched no later than the very next day.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
If you order is not picked up or redelivered within 3 business days the items will be returned to Glam Affair head office and re-postage charges of $8 will apply.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
