Master the Natural Look Kardashian StyleMarch 7, 2018
You know I found an article not long ago that told me Kim Kardashian uses 57 beauty products each morning to get ready 57! REALLY
I mean who has time to put on 57 products? Where do you store all these 57 products? How do the non-Kardashian’s afford 57 products?
Counting my pretty rigorous skin care routine in the morning, I would use 10 MAX, and that’s on a good day. Most days would be just 5 including all my face wash and creams to keep my skin from shriveling up.
While we all want to look and feel amazing, 57 products in my opinion is just overkill. I can show you how to get the same “natural” looks Kim can be seen wearing, without breaking the bank or needing another bathroom just for yourself.
Putting your skin care aside, the best place to start with “looking Natural” is a good concealer.
For deep blue circles try Neutral Medium Concealer
Skin, even the best skin will always have lighter and darker patches, spots, pigmentation etc, and concealer is a great place to start with balancing out your skin and providing some coverage to the not so “glam” areas of your face.
When shopping for a concealer, think about the type of coverage you require for your skin. Do you only need a thin liquid type as you may have a fairly balanced skin tone?
Do you have really dark circles and blemishes? You will need to look for a concealer that’s creamier and provides better coverage.
When applying concealer, do use a brush it gives it a much nicer application and stops you spreading concealer around to areas you don’t really need it.
The next recommended product is a good foundation. I find that Mineral Powders are the BEST for a natural look. Not only can use mix them with some moisturizer and have a BB cream, you can layer powders and blends much easier then a liquid product.
When using a powder you want to look for a quality product not supermarket style. The reason for this is cheaper version will contain “filler” components and can leave your skin feeling and looking dry. A professional grade powder will warm to your skin and feel light all day, no matter how much you have on your face.

Next up, invest in a SMALL eye shadow pallet. Don’t not go buying large palettes with millions of colours in them. I guarantee most of you will never use even a 1/3 of the tones and not only is it wasteful but expensive.
Usually women tend to stick with brown tones which will look great on any skin tone and any eye colour. The added benefit of a brown palette is that you can, when you feel more confident, add single shades to your makeup kit as every colour on the colour spectrum will blend with your brown tones. The bonus is that when a colour is placed next to a brown it will actually soften or tone the colour down. Great for those who want to try a little but still worried about too much.

When you invest in a brown eye-shadow palette there will be darker shades you may not always wear for your “natural” look, but they can double as shades for an eyeliner and also eyebrow fill in BONUS.
A great, light shade of blush is a must have. Blush adds colour to your features and a lighter shade will help obtain a more natural look. Pick tones that have a slight shimmer, which will also act as a highlighter product for your cheekbones without being to disco shiny.
If you happen to have a lighter complexion, stick to the pinker tones and those with more of a tan can choose peach shades to help compliment their “natural” look.

The last product would be a great mascara. You do need to change mascaras every 3-4 months so while you want a good quality one, you need to think about the expense.
If you are blessed with great thick lashes then supermarket mascaras will be fine for you. If however you happen to have shorter or sparser lashes I always suggest a fiber lash.
Glama Lash – Fibre Lash Mascara
While the idea of having false lashes is great for time reasons, the cost and maintenance is a nightmare. Great fibre lash mascara can do the same trick in less time without a trip to the beautician AND it’s more cost effective.
