A. Not a problem please email us with your voucher details and we will be able to assist you with this before it is due to expire that way you are welcome to come along to the workshop at a later date.
A. As minimum numbers are required to operate our workshop we like to book out the dates we have available on the website first before adding more, this way we don’t need to cancel. We are always adding more dates to our events section and updating where we can. Please check back in a week and something new that suits you may have popped up.
A. We apologies in advance that we can not always take calls, as we may be with clients is would not be fair to them to answer. The best form of contact is email as this allows us to finish our jobs and take the booking in the most fair order possible at a time when we are about to view our class lists.
A. We are sorry but when our classes are BOOKED OUT it is because we have no more brush sets or chairs available. We keep the classes at a max of 15 as any more would impede the time we are able to spend with each participant.
A. Glam affair are always able to do a week day session for corporate clients or one on one. The 3 hour workshops are held weekend as this is most suitable for our clients. If you wish to chat about a one on one please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Glam Affair would like to let you know that we are out and about during the day servicing our clients and are not always at our computer to take bookings or update the website. We do our best to maintain the website and update at least twice a day however due to large numbers of bookings the class may book out before we can get to your enquiry. Please be patient and understanding as we assist you to find an alternative suitable date.
